Our Owner and Director is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is hands-on and active in the business. We combine our skills and expertise and work on projects individually or together depending on the scope, scale and timeline.

Decision-making is straightforward and quick, and we can operate as an extension of a client’s supply chain on a very flexible basis.

Regulated

Quantum Solutions is also a Regulated RICS Practice. As a regulated practice we are subject to an annual audit which reviews all aspects of our business in compliance with RICS standards and expected behaviours including Code of Conduct and project performance.

As such we are also required to maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training and are committed to maintaining our competence, remaining current, and developing and improving our skills.
